Wow! What a great experience from start to finish. When I arrived it was really busy but Ryan took the time to run a diagnostic for an engine light prompt. I didn’t have an appointment and he still made time for me, I did not expect that. I was trying to get the feel of the place and then make an appointment but he floored me with his excellent customer service. I made an appointment for my Audi A4 to have them look at one of my fuel injectors. He found another bad fuel injector and other issues I was not aware of. After all was said and done Ryan gave me a fair and honest price. When first searching for an Audi mechanic I found Total German Motorworks and read the reviews. This is why I chose this place and will continue to come back while telling others of a great job they did THANK YOU GUYS AT TOTAL GERMAN WORKS!!!
